Refund and Returns Policy

1-) The return process begins with the delivery of the product to you and is valid for 14 days following the invoice date.

2-) In cases where any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, or usage is detected in the product or its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the product cannot be accepted for return, and the payment will not be refunded. The consumer should document the issues of the product they want to return through photos and send them to the seller via email or phone.

3-) In cases where the return conditions are met, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returns.

4-) The products to be returned must be delivered to us by the courier companies we work with.

5-) You can return the purchased product or products within seven (7) days from the delivery date by providing a reason, without damaging, using, or compromising the resaleability of the product.

6-) The return process begins when the product reaches our company. Regarding returned damaged or faulty products, information will be provided to the consumer via email or phone after an inspection and approval within the first 7 days after the delivery date.

7-) The resolution of processes related to returns made in accordance with the return conditions and the transfer of the paid amount to your account or credit card takes an average of 3 business days.

😎 Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or in any other way compromised are strictly not accepted. The return must be made with the invoice, the original packaging, and the contents of the product.

9-) The conditions for returns are detailed in the distance selling agreement that you signed when purchasing the product.

10-) Due to hygiene rules, there is no return for cosmetic, makeup, and skincare products.

11-) Due to hygiene rules, there is no return for underwear products.

12-) Personalized and customized products are not accepted for return due to the lack of a second sales right and the potential financial loss to the seller.

13-) Products in the jewelry, gold, silver categories, which constantly fluctuate financially, are not accepted for return.

14-) Accessories are not accepted for return due to misunderstandings in usage and hygiene issues arising from them (outbreaks, diseases).

15-) Wearable textile products will not be accepted for return if there are odors, stains, deformations, tears, or damaged packaging, affecting the resaleability.

16-) The condition of the packaging/boxes of the products to be returned must be as they were when the product was delivered to you.

17-) Items such as books and DVDs are not accepted for return unless they are damaged.Our return policy is formulated by reviewing and adapting to Turkish e-commerce policy, European, and American standards that are suitable for our company.

In the case of an approved return, since the shipping cost was covered by the seller when the products were delivered to the buyer, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

If the product arrives defective and there is no issue caused by the buyer, the buyer has the right to withdraw if they notify the seller of the condition and problem of the product (breakage, damage) within 7 days from the delivery of the product to them or the designated address.

Right of Withdrawal:
(The buyer has the right to withdraw within 7 days from the delivery of the product to them or the designated address. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the 5th article provisions. In case of exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the product to the SELLER with the cargo delivery receipt indicating that the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER has been sent, along with the original invoice. The product price is refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations cannot be refunded.

The consumer, without undertaking any legal or penal responsibility and without stating any reasons, commits to rejecting the goods or services within seven days from the date of receiving the goods or signing the contract, and acknowledges the existence of the right of withdrawal from the contract. We undertake to retrieve the goods within seven days from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches the seller or provider.

In accordance with the General Communique on the Tax Procedure Law No. 385, for the return process to be carried out, the relevant sections of the invoice containing the return section that we have sent to you must be filled in completely and signed. Afterward, it must be returned to us together with the product.)

The products that are non-returnable do not have a right of withdrawal.
